The Lonestar Mineral Trolley-Hoist Bulk Sack Lifting with Mixer is an affordable proposal that automatically lifts a 3,000 lbs. Super sack and hoists. This system is designed to be for dust-free and ergonomically friendly mixing and lifting. The system can be modified with several options to meet the needs of most applications. The automation system is available in various options depending on the requirements of its specific needs.

The Manual Easy Lifting Bulk Sack with Mixer design uses a minimal lift methodology. By using a manual two-ton chain hoist to lift the super sack a height of two feet and then centering it above the auger boot (using a steel hoist trolley). Once in place, the Super Sack is manually lowered into a thirty-degree boot that has a built-in puncture mechanism, which allows the super sack to be cut open and dispensed directly into a flexible auger. The flexible auger then feeds the minerals above the tank.
This chain hoist design uses manual labor to lift the Super Sack at the height of the 1.5 ft. The trolley allows the user to move the Super Sack after being raised from the initial position into the position of being directly above the auger boot. The boot has a built-in puncture mechanism that allows the super sack to be cut open and dispensed directly into the auger. The thirty-degree auger boot allows form the flexible auger to be confined closer to the frame of the machine and increase the delivery height.
The design also includes an industrial mixer that is designed to works for a variety of slurries that can be 5.6 feet deep and will achieve an all-around mixer at various viscosity levels. We offer this machine as a whole unit, or the machine can be purchased in separate parts.
