For ponds that still contain water and have a reasonably identified seepage area. Granular bentonite is designed for localized treatment when draining the pond is difficult or impractical.
Water-filled pond + known leak area. If the pond can be drained and the full basin needs sealing, Fine / Mix Mesh is usually the stronger solution.
